1. Online food coach: is an online nutrition consultation.

This is just for YOU! Your diet is assessed and recommendations made based on what YOU want to achieve to suit YOUR lifestyle.

2. Hire-a-food coach:

get your family and friends together for a session with your own food coach in the comfort of your own home! Ask all the questions you’ve always wondered while discussing them with your family and friends.

 A great way to encourage healthy eating amongst yoru family, friends and loved ones. Minimum of 3 people/session.

You have 3 options:

1. One-off Lecture

—based on the program of your choice. A great way to test nutriesca’s services in your business or company and determine if you would like a seminar series or boot camp! Minimum of 10 people/lecture.

2. Seminar Series

—based on the program of your choice. This includes a minimum of 2 seminars.

3. Nutriesca Boot Camp

--This involves interactive lectures based on the program of your choice, an online food coach for each employee in the boot camp, plus cooking & shopping seminars.
